Young Love!

On Thursday night we were so blessed to be asked out for dinner by some gorgeous friends of ours Peter and Erica. They have a VERY cute daughter, Isabella, who I have my eye on for Luke ;) hehe...
Luke and Bella played so well together... usually Luke plays with kids older than him so he always follows along not having much say it what to play, but while playing with Bella he got a chance to lead the play...It was so cute!...they played basket ball and blocks and chase-ee...
We told them it was time to calm down and Erica put on play school... Look at them! hehe...

Erica made a most DELICIOUS dinner!!! I am so going to give it a go... you should try it too...
It was 'Potato Lasagne'!!! Have you heard of that?
So its your basic lasagne but instead of using pasta sheets you use thin sliced potato!!!
You boil the potato's well before you do your layering of the lasagne (so don't put your potato's in raw!)
It was seriously GOOD and healthy!! We had salad to go with it...which Bella and Luke ate all the cucumber from....and then to top it off a mango pudding for dessert!!!

With the week we have had, it really was such a blessing to go out for dinner with wonderful friends and eat yummy food and have a good laugh and chat!!
