Today a gift was sent to Ava Marie! I am excited for her to get it! I know there is a good chance she will not see the things we have sent her. This may be more for me than for her. It makes me feel like I am doing something for her. It makes me feel closer to her! We have had good luck with getting the cameras back when we meet the children! I hope they take lots of great pictures of our precious daughter!
There has been a little mix up on her size?? In February she was 17.5 kg and 102 cm. She is now 18 kg and 130 cm?? That just doesn't make sense to me. She is either super tall (Ellie's size and Ellie is 8 yrs old) or 2 inches taller than Anna. It would mean she grew 11.5 inches in 9 months. I have never heard of a child growing that much in an orphanage? They insist she is the taller size?? I thought maybe they meant 103 cm but they say no. Not sure what size clothes we will bring her when we meet her?? (Better bring a needle and thread- I may be doing some hemming!)
These are Samuels gifts! I think they are so cute! Spiderman Pj's and Elmo- I love it!! It gets me all excited to bring home a little boy!! Again hoping they take lots of pics of our little guy!!
We are concerned about Sam's colostomy. We want to get him home asap (same with Ava)! We want to get him the medical care he needs and surround both of our little ones with love!!
Really - it is hard for me to believe God's graciousness! For us to be blessed with these tiny treasures - simply amazes us!
Our Dossier has arrived at the agency - please pray that it looks good and can be sent to China!!
