I have sooo much to blog about... and Im sooo excited to share it all with you...
I hope you read my blog on being inspired to decorate my baby shower... If not click HERE if you haven't and get updated!
Here is a few things I came up with... I just did them bit by bit so it wasn't too overwhelming and so I didn't stress out on the day...most of it was done and I just had to put it all together!
First of all... I bought a dozen Mt franklin water bottles (the smallest I could find) They were very cute. and just pined a light blue and dark blue flower over the top of each other onto a piece of paper that I wrapped around the bottle and double sided taped to the back! HOW EASY! And look how cute they are!!
Mt Franklin also does a water bottle with a pink lid... so you could do the same in a pink for a girls baby shower!!...However, I was thinking, this would be a great idea for birthday parties too... You could do the same ideas on pop tops and make them colour coordinated to the party theme. I also like that it covers the brand... I must admit im not a fan of labels!
Our very small lollies corner...sticking with the blues, I had 'Milky Ways', 'Bounty's' and 'Time outs' (All are in blue wrappers) and the a jar of Mints.
The centre of the table had a big beautiful beige bear that held a white 'welcome' sign... and then I just placed the game prizes underneath...
The noodle boxes were the 'Thank you' gifts for all attending... I just filled them with goodies (chocolate of coarse) and then tied a blue satin ribbon around them...simple but beautiful!
Below was a small vase of fresh white flowers, blue napkins and a old white photo frame. The photo frame was one the glass had smashed out of and it had been hiding away in the back of my cupboard...so I just put some blue scrap-booking paper in the frame, a cute quote "Children are a gift from God" and added some matching flowers to the water bottles and some scrap-booking stickers... of coarse all in the colour scheme!! Just another original touch to the table...

I made some banana cupcakes in the morning, piped on white icing once cooled and then just stuck in these cake toppers just to top it off :) haha... I bought them from Huckleberry Hill... check them out. They also supplies blue patty pans with white poker dots to bake the cupcakes in... I was very impressed!
Yes, my gorgeous Tea Set travelled all the way up to Geraldton for this special event! haha...
Here is our 'Tea Table'...
And for those who needed something to cool them down (which was most of us...it was a hot day) got a punch...haha... yes in a cocktail glass with refreshing mint and lemon! They looked beautiful!
The table with some of the food...
We also had a coffee table in the centre which had a beautiful vase of fresh white flowers in the middle, club bite size sandwiches, bite size sausage rolls, fruit platter and more cupcakes... but believe it or not... I forgot to take a photo of it!!! Ahhh... Bummer!!
I really enjoyed doing those little extras to make the day more different than the usual! It was very me... I put myself into everything...even if the colour was BLUE! haha....
